Ingredients:
4-12oz. Frenched Pork Rib Chops
Sauce:
1/4 Pound Butter
1 Small white Onion (diced)
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Molasses
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Marker's Mark Bourbon
Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute onions in butter untill soft and translucent.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick.
